On the Harbor

This is a beautiful house with great views of the harbor. There are very few homes that have a better location in Boothbay Harbor. Communication with the management company was nothing less than excellent. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place! We stayed as a family of five including 2 late 20s adult children and one of their partners from the UK. The property was perfect for our needs and had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms with a TV which showed some British football which certainly pleased one or two members of our group! The location couldn't be much better as the house is, indeed, on the Harbor and has an amazing balcony from which to sit and read, eat and drink and watch the world go by on the sea. We did not want want to leave. It is very convenient for places to eat, to get out for a drive or visit and has two parking spaces. We could walk to a beach by crossing the footbridge which we did quite a few times. We couldn't fault it. The management company was very effective and helpful and replied to any questions almost immediately. If we were back in Boothbay Harbor we would certainly look to book again.

We were immediately transported into the harbor vibe and this is such a comfortable spot to stay. Super close to anything you would want to do and the rooms/beds are very comfy. We will definitely ve back for more.

The house was amazing. Great location and walking distance to everything. It was great watching the boats every day right off your back deck. The only cons were the upstairs windows outside were broken and there was small glass pieces on the deck. The other con was they need a bigger hot water heater. You barely had enough hot water for one shower. I would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it. The property manager was amazing and very friendly.
