Spruce Ledge

What a wonderful stay we had at Spruce Ledge! We rented both the main house and the apartment over the garage for our daughter’s wedding in Boothbay Harbor, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We were there with our four adult children and their spouses/significant others, as well as our grandson, and there was plenty of room for everyone. What an amazing property! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather and celebrate such a special occasion. We highly recommend Spruce Ledge and hope to have the opportunity to return someday!

We so enjoyed this lovely home. So much room and nice places to sit and eat. Well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet street. We all loved the house and would stay here again.

We had an excellent experience renting the main house and the studio above the garage. Lots of space. Very comfortable and every detail was perfect. I highly recommend this house! Easy access to all of Boothbay Harbor--RENT IT!

Beautiful location, a short walk to the Spruce Point Inn. House is very nice. The bed in the upstairs master bedroom was really comfortable. We had great weather and the house has lots of space to sit outside. The outdoor cameras were somewhat concerning and the communication with the property agent was troubling but once we got settled and needed a repair, the maintenance guy came quickly and fixed the problem.
