Ocean's Edge

We had our semi annual girls weekend in this quirky little cottage and it was the perfect backdrop for a dreamy Maine getaway. The sweeping ocean view made morning coffee on the upper deck an unforgettable memory. A wall full of windows made being in the living room feel just like sitting on the shore. Its kitchen had all the essentials and more! I made cinnamon rolls and realized I didn't bring my mixer for the frosting, fear not! The cottage provides. 😂 One of the bedrooms is in a detached building, and the indoor stairs are steep and narrow - not cons, just points to consider! Would 10/10 recommend.

Lovely Quirky Cottage close to the Ocean. Loved hearing the waves at night!

Great location with ocean views and a lovely deck. There are many attractions nearby.The cottage is cosy and homespun and has all that is needed. Any concerns were dealt with promptly and with courtesy.The driveway is quite steep and might be challenging for older folks.All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Great views. Peaceful location. Responsive management company. We have stayed here twice and would gladly stay again.

Amazing ocean side with Darmiscotta River outflow was dreamlike. Inner Heron Island on the other side of the Darmiscotta River reflects the evening sunset. All around very nice.Magical for a small group.Will be back!
