Keepers Cove

This was our first time staying in Boothbay. We loved our time on Barters Island. The house is very comfortable and clean. The dock and grounds are lovely. We rented kayaks and enjoyed exploring the area around the island. We visited nearby land trusts: Porter Point, Ovens Mouth, Oak Point Farm, and Florence Perkins Homestead. We recommend lunch at Newagan Inn and Cozy Dockside in Southport. Property managers were great, responsive and helpful. Thank you!

The cottage was very clean and well-equipped. Lovely place to relax and unwind.

House was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Garden and views were gorgeous. Very quiet and a short drive to town. Maine Botanical Gardens are just down the street!

We had a great stay at Keepers Cove and enjoyed our time in Boothbay (our 7th visit). The house has everything you need for a relaxing visit and is well-equipped for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner! A great spot for coffee or a drink on the deck with a beautiful view and lots of birds to spot. Wendy was super sweet at check-in and communication with Sea Maine was easy via text. We LOVED the heated floors in the upstairs bathroom and the bedrooms were comfortable. We're a family of four with two kids under 3 and they enjoyed the home as much as we did. We would love to come back.
